The Serena is designed to be easy to care for and it's removable cover can be machine washed in cold and tumble dried low. Do not wash liner/filling!

For Heat Therapy: Microwave 30 seconds. If not warm enough; continue heating in 10-second increments. Microwaves vary. Times given are approximate. Do not overheat, and always touch test before using. When re-heating cut your heating time in half. Warning! Do not overheat; risk of fire!

For Cold therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 hours or more. Can be stored in freezer.
