Bucky is located in Seattle, USA and gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Paypal is the payment method used for all international orders. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay via PayPal. When you click complete checkout on the Bucky site you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can sign into your PayPal account OR click a link to enter in your credit card information, if you don't have a PayPal account.


Please confirm prior to placing your order that your Country does not have restrictions on importing Buckwheat/millet.

International Shipping via FedEx
We offer the following shipping services through FedEx (if available to your area): International Priority and International Economy. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, the level of FedEx service selected, and the destination. You will receive a shipping notification email, including tracking that will be sent at the end of our shipping day. These emails are sent directly from FedEx and are often caught in the user's spam filter.


Bucky is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer address entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions.


Alerts

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Bucky.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


Returns & Replacements
