Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday, provided that all products ordered are available and in stock. If an item is out of stock/backordered, we will hold the order until all items are available. Please allow 5-7 business days from the shipment date for receipt of your order. For faster delivery we are happy to expedite your order for an additional charge.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Overnight delivery is available for most items shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. For overnight delivery orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11 am PST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11 am PST through Friday 11 am PST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11 am PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

2nd day delivery is available for most items shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. For 2nd day delivery orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11 am PST. 2nd day delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11 am PST through Friday 11 am PST will arrive on Tuesday. 2nd day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11 am PST and over the weekend will arrive on Wednesday.

Orders over 10 lbs may incur additional charges for expedited delivery.  You will be notified of any additional fees if they apply before your order is shipped.  Please note that we cannot expedite deliveries to PO boxes or to addresses outside the continental United States. 
Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes are sent USPS Priority Mail. All other orders are sent via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.

International Shipping–Bucky gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Free shipping for orders over $99 does not apply to international orders. All International orders are processed via Paypal, and include a $5 handling fee.
